Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are still intact
  • The item is part of our current product line:
    Shirts, Shoes, Office Pants, Blazers, and T-Shirts
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of use, perfume, makeup, or wear
  • Discounted or final sale items
Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, you can request an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

Approved returns will receive:

  • A Replacement Item

(Refunds to bank accounts are not offered at this time.)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@faretonline.com

  2. Include your order number, item(s), and the reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the wrong or a defective item was sent, FARET covers the return shipping

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your item, please allow 2–5 working days for processing.
